Every Terranaut watch is submitted for pressure resistance testing, time-keeping performance, materials and manufacturing quality before being made available for sale.
Each Terranaut watch is protected by a world-wide warranty, against defects in materials and workmanship, for a period of two years commencing from the original customer date of purchase.
This guarantee, offered by Time Is Precious Ltd, is in addition to your statutory rights and subject to the following terms and conditions:
If a component of your watch becomes defective in materials or workmanship during the period of the guarantee, it will be repaired or replaced free of repair charges. This facility is offered at the sole discretion of Time Is Precious Ltd.
The warranty does not cover battery replacement, the crystal, or the watch strap. It is not applicable for damage, including that resulting from water ingression, modifications to the watch, or the loss of any components due to negligence of the consumer, the correction of repairs made by unqualified third parties, or normal wear and ageing of the timepiece such as abrasions or scratches upon the watch case and case back, crystal, strap, and buckle.

Shipping charges, including return shipping and payment of any customs charges which are subsequently due as a result of international shipping, are the responsibility of the owner or the person submitting the watch for repair. It is not necessary to include the All Terrain Storage Case if you choose to mail your watch to us for repair and you may choose to remove the watch strap. However, it is important to ensure that the timepiece is packaged securely for transit and that the shipment is insured. Include the operating manual, in which the warranty registration form has been completed and authenticated by the inclusion of the stamp or signature of the official retailer. Please also provide a description of the malfunction and your contact details.
Servicing of your watch is not necessary unless a fault has developed with your timepiece. If your watch has stopped working, before reporting a malfunction we advise visiting your local jeweller for battery replacement and basic testing before considering returning the watch for repair. We can provide a battery-replacement service, but when you take account of shipping costs, your local jeweller will invariably offer a cheaper service.
If the watch is not protected by warranty, then the person submitting the watch for repair will be responsible for the cost of the service. Circumstances where this may occur include, but are not limited to; when the watch was purchased from an unauthorized source or when the warranty has expired. Repairs that are requested upon watches outside of the guarantee period may require payment for the repair before work commences.
The All Terrain Storage Case is also protected by a world-wide warranty, against defects in materials and workmanship, for a period of one year commencing from the original customer date of purchase. We cannot accept any liability for damage caused to any other personal possessions as a result of being contained in the case. Although we are confident of the durability and protection provided by the All Terrain Storage Case, it is designed exclusively to store the Terranaut watch with which it has been provided.
